摘    要:密闭墙是煤矿井下起隔离和封闭作用的主要通风、安全设施之一,在井下使用非常广泛,目前已形成了喷浆混凝土、砖石等多种密闭墙形式。但目前无论何种材质的密闭墙体施工,多采用四周掏槽的一字梁形式直墙,然而直墙存在工艺复杂、掏槽施工难度大、施工质量监管难度大、侧向承受灾变矿压能力小、垂向受动压影响容易开裂失效或被推倒等缺点,继而可能会形成施工方偷工减料、质量差不达标、受力强度小的密闭墙,为井工煤矿生产埋下安全隐患。提出一种拱形密闭墙体构筑工艺,调研了拱形结构在工程实践中的应用现状,从多向均布荷载受力角度与直墙进行了比较与分析,研究得出,拱形密闭墙体具有施工工艺简单、高效、承载力高、抗冲击性好等优点,在井工煤矿密闭墙中具有较好的推广意义。

Abstract:The sealed wall is one of the main ventilation and safety facilities which play the role of isolation and sealing in the coal mine,it is widely used in the coal mine,at present,it has formed a variety of sealed wall forms,such as shotcrete,masonry and so on.However,at present,no matter what kind of material is used in the construction of the sealed wall,the straight wall is usually in the form of a straight beam cut around,however,the straight wall has some disadvantages,such as complex technology,difficult cutting construction,difficult construction quality supervision,small ability to bear the catastrophic mine pressure laterally,easy cracking and failure or being pushed down due to the impact of vertical dynamic pressure,etc.,then,it may form a closed wall with the construction party′s jerry built,poor quality and low stress intensity,which will lay a potential safety hazard for the production of underground coal mine.This paper puts forward a kind of construction technology of arched closed wall,investigates the application status of arched structure in engineering practice,compares and analyzes it with straight wall from the angle of multi-directional uniform load,and concludes that the arched closed wall has the advantages of simple construction technology,high efficiency,high bearing capacity,good impact resistance,etc.,which has a good promotion significance in the mine closed wall.
