钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯运移规律研究

摘    要:为了研究钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯运移规律,首先采用分源预测法,对某煤矿工作面瓦斯进行预测,得出回采工作面瓦斯涌出以开采层瓦斯涌出为主。分析了瓦斯抽放可行性和未卸压瓦斯抽放难易程度,确定该矿煤层为可以抽采煤层。然后,采用Fluent数值模拟软件分析了不同抽采时间的抽采影响范围。研究得出:钻孔抽采负压对煤层抽采半径的影响不大;抽采时间和钻孔直径对煤层的抽采影响较明显。研究为煤矿瓦斯抽放钻孔参数设置提供了理论指导。

Abstract:In order to study the law of gas migration in pre-extraction coal seam by drilling,the gas emission in a coal mine working face was predicted by using the method of separate source prediction,and it was concluded that the gas emission in the mining face was dominated by the gas emission in the mining seam.The feasibility of gas drainage and the difficulty of gas drainage without pressure relief were analyzed,and the coal seam in this mine was determined to be a coal seam that can be extracted.Then,the influence range of different extraction time was analyzed by using Fluent numerical simulation software.The results showed that the negative pressure of borehole extraction has little effect on the extraction radius of coal seam,and the extraction time and borehole diameter have obvious influence on the extraction of coal seam.The study provided theoretical guidance for setting borehole parameters for gas drainage in coal mines.
