摘    要:此次试验模拟将大巷布置在煤层之中,在高强锚杆和U型钢支架的支护作用下,随着巷道埋深的增加(以加载方式体现埋深的增加),巷道围岩的破碎状况。通过分析确定几何相似比和计算得到的各岩层对应的相似材料抗压强度,经过试块抗压试验,得到合理的材料配比。基于选择的支护材料,通过制作模拟材料,在模拟试验平台上进行加载试验,加载系统采用液压稳压器伺服控制的千斤顶加载。最终对加载试验结果进行分析得出,对于煤层巷道,在采深不大于700 m的条件下,高强锚杆是适用的;而至于U型钢可缩性支架支护,因其支护的巷道围岩产生了较难以控制的收敛变形,应该适时地采取加固补强措施,以保证巷道的安全。

Abstract:In this test simulation,the main roadway is arranged in the coal seam,under the support of high-strength bolt and U-shaped steel support,with the increase of the buried depth of the roadway (the increase of the buried depth is reflected by the way of loading),the surrounding rock of the roadway is broken.Determine the geometric similarity ratio and calculate the corresponding compressive strength of similar materials for each rock layer through analysis,through the compression test of the test block,a reasonable material ratio is obtained.Support material based on Selection,by making simulation materials and carrying out loading test on the simulation test platform,the loading system adopts hydraulic pressurizer servo controlled jack loading.Finally,the loading test results are analyzed,for coal seam roadway,under the condition that the mining depth is not more than 700 m,the high-strength bolt is applicable;as for the U-shaped steel retractable support,because the surrounding rock of the roadway is difficult to control the convergence deformation,reinforcement measures should be taken timely to ensure the safety of the roadway.
