| 摘 要： | 矿业城市在长期开发过程中积累了大量的矿山环境问题。探讨矿山闭坑后矿山环境问题修复与生态环境正效应资源开发利用，对矿业城市经济建设和可持续发展具有重大意义。通过对抚顺矿山环境问题现状的掌握，厘定了井工矿与露天矿地下空间与土地开发利用目标，讨论了矿山生态环境正效应资源开发类型。以抚顺西露天矿为例，剖析了露天煤矿闭坑后正效应资源开发利用条件与优势，围绕矿区环境安全、城市规划、地下空间资源的开发3方面，阐述了西露天矿生态环境正效应资源开发利用的具体治理规划建议。

| Abstract: | The long-term mining process can have substantial mine environmental impacts on mining cities.For the sake of the economic construction and sustainable development of mining cities，it is of great significance to restore the land and exploit and utilize the positive effects of the ecological and environmental resources after the mining operations are completed.By understanding the present situation of environmental problems in Fushun，a typical mining city with coal resources，the goals of developing underground space and land in underground coal mines and open-pit mines were set，and the types of exploitation of mine ecological and environmental positive effect resources were discussed.Taking West Open-pit Mine of Fushun as an example，the paper analyzed the conditions and advantages of exploitation and utilization of positive effect resources after pit closure.It focused on three aspects:environmental safety，urban planning and underground space development.The paper expounded the concrete planning suggestions of ecological environment positive effect resources in West Open-pit Mine of Fushun. |
