梳状长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯技术在青龙煤矿的应用研究

摘    要:针对贵州毕节地区近距离煤层群开采定向钻孔瓦斯灾害综合治理体系的建设,特在贵州青龙煤矿16号煤层二采区一块段开展定向长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯试验研究,分析定向长钻孔分支孔开孔数目、分支孔见煤段进尺对定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采效果的影响。试验结果表明:底板梳状定向长钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯效果显著,累计抽采385 d,共抽采瓦斯纯量3 006 163 m3,抽采浓度为60%~90%。同时,抽采效果受分支孔开孔数目及单个分支孔见煤段进尺共同影响,定向长钻孔单个分支孔见煤段进尺控制在60~80 m,抽采效果最佳,在此基础上,分支孔开孔数目越多越好。

Abstract:Aiming at the construction of comprehensive control system of directional drilling gas disaster in close-distance Coal Seam Group Mining in Bijie area of Guizhou Province,the gas pre-drainage test with directional long drilling was carried out in a section of No.16 coal seam No.2 mining area of Qinglong Coal Mine,Guizhou Province,and the number of branch holes in directional long drilling and the length of branch holes in coal seam to guide long drilling tile were analyzed.The test results showed that the effect of gas pre-drainage by comb-shaped directional long boreholes in the floor was remarkable.The total gas extraction time was 385 days.The total gas purity was 3 006 163 m3,and the extraction concentration was 60%~90%.At the same time,the extraction effect was affected by the number of branch holes and the footage of single branch hole.The footage of single branch hole in directional long drilling was controlled at 60~80 m,and the extraction effect is the best.On this basis,the more branch holes,the better.
