大埋深断层集中带巷道全断面协同锚固技术及应用

摘    要:为了解决深部断层集中带巷道变形大的问题,以车集矿28轨道下山巷道为研究对象,在对围岩破坏范围现场实测的基础上,利用协同锚固理论,对巷道进行全断面协同锚固设计,并利用数值模拟和实践应用对设计结果进行检验。结果表明,巷道施工结束后20 d左右变形趋于稳定,顶底板及两帮的变形量均控制在了25.0 mm以下。在钢带等连锁结构的作用下,锚杆轴力彼此相互分担,共同承载,使得顶板、两帮锚杆轴力基本一致,在钢筋梯、槽钢等连锁结构作用下,顶底板锚索轴力分布也更为均匀。全断面协同锚固技术的应用避免了巷道的多次返修,在车集矿类似巷道应用中,累计节约直接成本超过480万元。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large deformation of roadway in deep fault concentration zone,taking the 28 track downhill roadway of Juji Coal Mine as the research object,based on the field measurement of the damage range of surrounding rock,the full section cooperative anchorage design of roadway is carried out by using the cooperative anchorage theory,and the design results are verified by numerical simulation and practical application.The results show that the deformation tends to be stable about 20 days after the completion of roadway construction,and the deformation of roof,floor and two sides are controlled below 25.0 mm.Under the action of interlocking structures such as steel belt,the axial force of anchor bolts is shared and carried together,so that the axial force of roof and two sides of anchor bolts is basically the same.Under the action of interlocking structures such as steel ladder and channel steel,the axial force distribution of anchor cable of roof and bottom plate is more uniform.The application of full section cooperative anchorage technology avoids the repeated repair of roadway.In the application of similar roadway in Juji Coal Mine,the accumulated direct cost has been saved by more than 4.8 million yuan.
