基于数据驱动的长庆油田致密砂岩压后产量预测

摘    要:超低渗透率的页岩和致密砂岩等非常规油藏已成为长庆油田重要的油气资源。对于该类油气藏开采的关键技术是水力压裂,如何确定当前施工参数对产量的直接影响,准确预测压后产量对于优化压裂参数尤为重要。由于现在对于地层中裂缝增长的内在机理尚不明确,没有合适的物理模型能够准确评估各压裂施工参数对于产量的综合影响。通过分析长庆油田致密砂岩地质属性和压裂施工参数,采用数据驱动的方法来识别压后产量和产量影响因素之间的相关性,建立了从储层性质与压裂施工参数到产量的预测模型。在前期可获取的数据资料有限的情况下,建立了合理预测致密砂岩产量的模型,并且通过使用相应的数据集训练该模型而扩展到其他非常规油田,在实际工程应用上前景明朗。

Abstract:Unconventional oil reservoirs such as ultra-low permeability shale and tight sandstone have become important oil and gas resources in Changqing Oilfield.The key technology for the development of this type of oil and gas reservoir is hydraulic fracturing.How to determine the direct impact of current construction parameters on production and accurately predict production after fracturing is particularly important for optimizing fracturing parameters.Since the internal mechanism of fracture growth in the formation was still unclear,there was no suitable physical model that can accurately assess the comprehensive impact of various fracturing construction parameters on production.By analyzing the geological attributes of the tight sandstone and fracturing construction parameters in Changqing Oilfield,using a data-driven method to identify the correlation between post-compression production and production influencing factors,a prediction from reservoir properties and fracturing construction parameters to production had been established model.In the case of limited data available in the early stage,a model for reasonably predicting tight sandstone production was established,and the model was extended to other unconventional oilfields by training the model with the corresponding data set.The prospects for practical engineering applications were bright.
