高瓦斯隧道施工通风技术研究

摘    要:工程施工过程中,在开挖至一定层面后发现了瓦斯气体,为了确保工程的正常进行,及时调整施工技术措施,同时对原定方案进行修正,在隧道进行通风改造,针对施工层面发现的瓦斯等气体,在通风过程中,瓦斯等气体的排出保持一种动态过程,随着通风时间的增加,隧道中瓦斯浓度逐步变化,为确保矿井内作业人员的安全,防止人身伤害事故发生,对隧道内通风情况进行了数值模拟,根据实际建立仿真模型,同时也对隧道内风速、瓦斯浓度进行数值模拟,研究得出最佳的通风方法。

Abstract:During the construction of the project,gas is found after the excavation to a certain level.In order to ensure the normal progress of the project,the construction technical measures are adjusted in time.At the same time,the original scheme is modified,and the ventilation transformation is carried out in the tunnel.For the gas and other gases found at the construction level,the discharge of gas and other gases maintains a dynamic process during the ventilation process.With the increase of ventilation time,the gas concentration in the tunnel changes gradually.In order to ensure the safety of operators in the mine and prevent personal injury accidents,the ventilation in the tunnel is numerically simulated,and the simulation model is established according to the actual situation.At the same time,the wind speed and watts concentration in the tunnel are numerically simulated to obtain the best ventilation method.
