矿井带式输送机运行速度控制系统设计研究

摘    要:矿井输送系统是采煤系统最常见的传输系统之一,在有限的工作面巷道内将煤炭物料从一个点转移到另一个点。利用嵌入式网络和单片机,设计了一种基于“互联网+”的带式输送机速度控制系统。通过监测带式输送机的运行状态,调整带式输送机两级之间的速度,实时监测带式输送机两级之间的速度和两级速度差,以PID算法作为速度控制的输入参数计算方式,用于实现带式输送机两级之间的平稳过渡。与以前的方法相比,提出的基于粒子群算法的网络PID控制器具有更低的瞬态波动和更小的稳态误差。该系统具有可扩展性强、便携性强、高效、环保等优点。

Abstract:The mine conveying system is one of the most common conveying systems in the coal mining system,which transfers coal materials from one point to another in a limited working face tunnel.Using embedded network and single-chip microcomputer,
a speed control system of belt conveyor based on "Internet +" was designed.By monitoring the operating status of the belt conveyor,adjusting the speed between the two stages of the belt conveyor,real-time monitoring of the speed between the two stages of the belt conveyor and the two-stage speed difference.As the input parameter calculation method of speed control,PID algorithm was used to realize the smooth transition between two stages of belt conveyor.Compared with the previous methods,
the proposed network PID controller based on particle swarm optimization has lower transient fluctuations and smaller steady-state errors.The system has the advantages of strong scalability,strong portability,high efficiency,and environmental protection.
