切顶卸压沿空留巷施工方案优化研究

摘    要:以2901运输巷为例,对切顶卸压沿空留巷施工方案进行优化,基于2901运输巷工程概况,优化了切顶卸压沿空留巷支护技术,主要为顶板补强及切顶卸压锚索加固技术、巷道临时支护设计及巷旁挡矸支护设计,设计了顶板预裂切缝方案,主要为预裂切缝孔深、双向聚能爆破预裂技术及爆破预裂切缝施工工艺等,并进行了现场巷道围岩监测。研究结果表明,优化后的切顶卸压沿空留巷施工方案可有效指导矿井安全生产。

Abstract:Taking 2901 transportation roadway as an example,the construction scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief gob retaining roadway is optimized.Based on the engineering overview of 2901 transportation roadway,the supporting technology of roof cutting and pressure relief gob retaining roadway is optimized,mainly including roof reinforcement and roof cutting and pressure relief anchor cable reinforcement technology,roadway temporary support design and roadway side gangue retaining support design.The scheme of roof presplitting and cutting joint is designed,mainly including presplitting and cutting joint hole depth,bidirectional concentrated energy blasting presplitting technology and blasting presplitting and cutting joint construction technology,and the on-site roadway surrounding rock monitoring is carried out.The results show that the optimized construction scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief retaining roadway along goaf can effectively guide mine safety production.
