冲击地压矿井大截深综采设备配套应用与研究

摘    要:分析了耿村矿的地质情况、采煤方法和工作面配置,确定了通过增加截割深度来实现冲击地压条件下的综放采煤工作面安全高效生产的采煤工序及其相应的设备改造方案;通过改造采煤机的滚筒、控制方式和控制设备,改造液压支架的推移千斤顶、顶梁、推移框架整体结构及牵引装置等,采煤机截割深度由630 mm增加至800 mm,实现了采煤机、液压支架和刮板输送机的配套使用,最终实现了安全高效生产目标。

Abstract:The geological condition,mining method and working face configuration of Gengcun Mine were analyzed,and the mining procedure of realizing safe and efficient production of fully-mechanized coal caving under the condition of rock burst by increasing the cutting depth was determined,and the corresponding equipment transformation scheme was also proposed.Through the transformation of the drum,control mode and control equipment of the shearer,as well as the transformation of of the hydraulic support,including the pushing jack,top beam and overall structure of pushing frame,traction device,etc,the cutting depth of coal mining increased from 630 mm to 800 mm,and realized the use of coalcutter,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor being matched,and finally achieved the goal of safe and efficient production.
