| 摘 要： | 为了打造车集煤矿智能矿山建设，提高车集煤矿安全生产运营水平，对煤矿智能管控平台业务流程建设及其监控平台进行了设计研究，管控平台核心业务架构主要分为设备层、控制层、生产执行层、经营管理层与决策层5个层次，重点分析了安全风险分级管控、隐患排查治理、掘进等智能管控平台业务流程建设；设计了其监控平台，主要智能监控平台主要功能、智能联动平台设计等。研究把安全生产相关子系统集成到一个平台，使生产信息业务部门横向到边，可为智能矿山建设提供安全生产的基础数据源。

| Abstract: | In order to build the intelligent mine construction of Juji Coal Mine and improve the safety production and operation level of Juji Coal Mine，the business process construction of the coal mine intelligent control platform and its monitoring platform had been designed and studied.The core business structure of the control platform was mainly divided into equipment layer，control layer and production.There were five levels of executive level，management level and decision level，focusing on the analysis of the business process construction of intelligent management and control platforms such as security risk hierarchical management and control，hidden danger investigation and management，and tunneling；designed its monitoring platform，the main functions of the main intelligent monitoring platform，and the intelligent linkage platform design etc.It was studied the integration of safety production-related subsystems into a platform，so that the production information business department could be horizontal to the side，which could provide the basic data source of safety production for the construction of intelligent mines. |
