矿用馈电开关保护装置设计研究

摘    要:为了保障煤矿井下生产安全和提高供电的可靠性,分析了井下低压供电系统结构,基于此,研究了馈电开关保护装置硬件框架,硬件部分主要包括电源模块、辅助模块、永磁操作机构驱动和储能电容充电模块、开关量输入输出模块、通信模块、人机接口模块、模拟量采集模块、核心微控制器模块等,着重研究了其功能及硬件电路设计,设计了系统抗干扰措施;研究了馈电开关保护装置软件设计,着重设计了主程序、故障保护模块等软件部分。研究对提高电网的作业安全性具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of underground production and improve the reliability of power supply,the structure of underground low-voltage power supply system is analyzed.Based on this,the hardware framework of the feeder switch protection device is studied.The hardware part mainly includes power supply module,auxiliary module,permanent magnet operating mechanism driving and energy storage capacitor charging module,switching input and output module,communication module,human-machine interface module,analog acquisition module,core microcontroller module.The function and hardware circuit design of the system are studied,and the anti-interference measures are designed.The software design of feed switch protection device is studied,and the main program,fault protection module and other software parts are mainly designed.The research is of great significance to improve the operation safety of power grid.
