井巷揭煤作业综合防突措施研究

摘    要:煤与瓦斯突出矿井的防突工作是一项复杂的系统工程,潞安矿区主体矿井的井巷揭煤防突综合体系建设处尚于起步阶段。为解决高瓦斯厚煤层揭煤过程中出现的应力集中和瓦斯超限问题,结合某矿煤层赋存特征,采用“水力、机械造穴+钢筛管+围岩注浆”组合防突技术,建立残余瓦斯压力、残余瓦斯含量、K1值、煤体膨胀变形量、煤层含水率、围岩变形量多效果检验指标相互验证的方法,有效的实现了区域卸压、补水、围岩应力控制,达到了高效安全揭煤的效果。通过井巷揭煤作业工程设计、工程施工、工程验收、工程评价等多个层面的分析,不断完善和摸索出一套适应于潞安矿区单一煤层、高地应力、高瓦斯区域条件下的井巷揭煤管理和技术模式。

Abstract:The outburst prevention of coal and gas outburst mines is a complex system project.The construction of the comprehensive system for coal outburst prevention in the main mine of Lu′an Mining Area is still in its infancy.In order to solve the problems of stress concentration and gas overrun in the process of uncovering high gas and thick coal seams,which was combined with the occurrence characteristics of a certain coal seam,a combination of "hydraulic and mechanical cave-making + steel screen + surrounding rock grouting" combined outburst prevention technology was adopted.It was established a method for mutual verification of multi-effect inspection indicators for residual gas pressure,residual gas content,K1 value,coal swelling deformation,coal seam water content,and surrounding rock deformation,effectively realizing regional pressure relief,water replenishment,and enclosure rock stress control has achieved the effect of high-efficiency and safe coal uncovering.Through the analysis of multiple levels of engineering design,engineering construction,engineering acceptance,and engineering evaluation of mine uncovering operations,continuously improve and explore a set of coal uncovering management and technology models suitable for the conditions of a single coal seam,high ground stress and high gas in the Lu′an Mining Area.
