| 摘 要： | 为了减少徐庄煤矿人为失误造成的各类矿井事故，通过调查相关人员安全心理行为表现，建立安全心理预警数据库，开发安全心理与行为预警管理系统等途径，开展员工安全心理研究分析及数据统计分析，找出了影响安全生产的主要人为因素，通过建立安全心理预警筛查系统、心理培训和危机干预体系等措施，加强了员工安全心理建设和心理疏导的具体路径和措施，有效减少了人为失误引发的各类事故，实现了矿井的安全生产。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce all kinds of mine accidents caused by human factors in Xuzhuang Coal Mine，through investigating the performance of safety psychological behavior，the database of safety psychological early-warning was established，safety psychology and behavioral warning management system was developed，and so on，meanwhile，safety psychology research and analysis were carried out，too. The main factors affecting the safety production were found out by the statistical analysis of the data，and the specific pathways and measures of safety psychological construction and psychological counseling were strengthened through the establishment of safety psychological early-warning screening system，psychological training and crisis intervention system，various types of accidents caused by human factors errors were reduced，and has achieved safety production of mine. |
