地面煤场防风抑尘网抑尘效果研究

摘    要:为分析煤场采煤区防风抑尘网抑尘效果,采用三维棱台模拟煤场采煤区料堆,设计煤场采煤区几何模型,以及由质量和动量守恒方程组成防尘控制方程,依据几何模型和控制方程,采用Fluent6.3软件模拟抑尘网和其料堆附近流场数值,模拟过程中将动量方程作为动量损失源项,同时从孔隙率这个概率值估计角度出发,研究抑尘网不同类别和大小的孔隙率下,煤场采煤区料堆附近流场特性和料堆表明剪切力变化情况。结果显示,在孔隙率为均匀状态下,料堆迎风面孔隙率大于0.60时,其中下部分抑尘效果显著;当孔隙率低于0.45时,料堆高度在90~150 m内,剪切力逐渐降低,可使抑尘作用增强;料堆背面孔隙率大小发生变化时,剪切力的变化较小;在非均匀孔隙率为0.30/0.75的情况下,随着料堆坡面高度的变化,迎风面剪切应力呈现小幅度上升后下降又上升的变化趋势,在坡面高度位置在-30 m开始,呈现明显下降趋势;并且料堆背风面的剪切力变化趋势一致。比较均匀和非均匀2种孔隙率,非均匀孔隙率的防尘网抑风防尘效果最佳,其表面剪切力总和为110.6 N,低于均匀孔隙率的面剪切力总和。

Abstract:In order to analyze the dust suppression effect of the windproof and dust suppression net in the coal yard mining area,a three-dimensional prism was used to simulate the material pile in the coal yard mining area,the geometric model of the coal yard mining area was designed,and the dust control equation was composed of the mass and momentum conservation equations.According to the geometric model and control equation,Fluent 6.3 software was used to simulate the numerical value of the dust suppression net and the flow field near the stockpile.Under the different types and sizes of porosity of the dust net,the characteristics of the flow field near the stockpiles in the coal mining area of the coal yard and the stockpiles indicate the change of shear force.The results showed that when the porosity was uniform,when the porosity of the windward side of the pile was greater than 0.60,the dust suppression effect of the lower part was remarkable;when the porosity was lower than 0.45,the height of the pile was within 90~150 m ,the shear force gradually decreases,which could enhance the dust suppression effect;when the porosity on the back of the pile changed,the change of the shear force was small;in the case of the non-uniform porosity of 0.30/0.75,with the slope of the pile with the change of the surface height,the shear stress on the windward side presented a trend of a small increase,then a decrease and then an increase.It started from -30 m at the slope surface height and showed a significant downward trend; and the shear stress on the leeward side of the stockpiles had the same trend of change.Comparing the uniform and non-uniform porosity,the dust net with non-uniform porosity had the best wind and dust suppression effect,and the sum of its surface shear force was 110.6 N,which was lower than the sum of the surface shear force of uniform porosity.
