柳塔矿沿空留巷顶底板移近量分析

摘    要:针对柳塔矿22103运输巷沿空留巷围岩变形特征不清的问题,综合采用数值模拟、理论分析与现场实测的方法,对沿工作面不同超前距离条件下的沿空留巷顶底板移近量进行了详细研究。研究表明,沿空留巷顶底板移近量随着工作面超前距离的不断增加呈现先增加后趋于稳定的趋势;沿空留巷巷旁支护墙体一侧的顶底板移近量明显大于煤壁一侧的顶底板移近量,即顶板呈倾斜状态;本区段工作面回采过程中,沿空留巷顶底板移近量随工作面的推进大致可以分为采动影响阶段与留巷稳定阶段;实测结果与数值模拟和理论分析结果具有良好的一致性,且现场实测的巷道顶底板移近量均小于100 mm,沿空留巷变形较小,留巷效果良好。研究成果为类似矿井沿空留巷围岩变形的控制提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the unclear deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of 22103 transportation roadway along the goaf in Liuta Mine,the approach of the roof and floor of the goaf retaining roadway under different lead distances along the working face is studied in detail by using the methods of numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field measurement.The research shows that with the increasing of the leading distance of the working face,the moving amount of the roof and floor of the gob retaining roadway increases first and then tends to be stable.The approach amount of the roof and floor on one side of the retaining wall along the goaf is significantly greater than that on the side of the coal wall,that is,the roof is inclined.In the mining process of the working face in this section,the approach of the roof and floor of the roadway reserved along the goaf can be roughly divided into mining influence stage and roadway stability stage with the advance of the working face.The measured results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis results,and the displacement of roadway top and floor measured on site is less than 100 mm,the deformation of roadway retaining along the goaf is small,and the roadway retaining effect is good.The research results provide a reference for the control of surrounding rock deformation of gob retaining roadway in similar mines.
