基于数据融合的变电站电气设备安全运行一体化检测技术

摘    要:变电站设备安全运行一体化检测技术中信息管理系统与运维业务之间数据融合度低,严重影响检测过程中故障定位精度,对此设计一种基于数据融合的变电站电气设备安全运行一体化检测技术。对采集到的电气设备运行数据中的缺失数据和异变的数据进行处理,完成数据融合前的预处理,建立数据融合故障诊断模型,结合最短距离法聚类树确定故障存在情况,通过计算明氏距离划分变电站电气设备安全运行扰动区域,根据故障扰动区域划分结果,检测故障,从而完成变电站电气设备安全运行中故障的精准定位。在实验中设计无NLOS传播和有NLOS传播2种场景下检测技术的定位精度,实验结果表明,与无NLOS传播相比,在有NLOS传播情况下定位精度稍差,但是2种场景下的定位误差均在合理范围内。

Abstract:In the integrated detection technology for safe operation of substation equipment,the data fusion between information management system and operation and maintenance business is low,which seriously affects the fault location accuracy in the detection process.Therefore,a data fusion based integrated detection technology for safe operation of substation electrical equipment was designed.Process the missing data and abnormal data in the collected electrical equipment operation data,completed the pre-processing before data fusion,established the data fusion fault diagnosis model,determined the fault condition by combining the shortest distance clustering tree,divided the safe operation disturbance area of electrical equipment in the substation by calculating the minh distance,and detected the fault according to the division result of the fault disturbance area,So as to complete the accurate positioning of faults in the safe operation of electrical equipment in the substation.In the experiment,we designed the positioning accuracy of the detection technology in two scenarios:no NLOS propagation and with NLOS propagation.The experimental results showed that,compared with no NLOS propagation,the positioning accuracy in the case of NLOS propagation was slightly poor,but the positioning errors in both scenarios were within a reasonable range.
