矿用带式输送机驱动控制系统的应用研究

摘    要:外转子永磁同步电机驱动滚筒结构与传统带式输送机传动方式相比较表现出了明显的优势。首先对外转子永磁同步电机驱动滚筒的结构进行了分析,在此基础上,对驱动控制系统的整体方案进行了详细设计。硬件方面,主要对控制系统的控制电路、驱动电路、检测电路和保护电路进行了介绍。利用MATLAB软件对驱动控制系统的运行效果进行了分析,发现启动阶段和正常运行阶段都能够对输送速度进行很好的控制。将设计的控制系统应用到带式输送机工程实践中,为煤矿企业创造了良好的经济和安全效益。

Abstract:Compared with the drive mode of traditional belt conveyor,the structure of external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor drive roller has obvious advantages.This article first briefly summarizes the structure of the external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor drive roller,and then designs the overall scheme of the drive control system in detail on this basis.In terms of hardware,it mainly introduces the control circuit,drive circuit,detection circuit and protection circuit of the control system.Using MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the operation effect of the drive control system,it is found that the conveying speed can be well controlled during the start up phase and the normal operation phase.Applying the designed control system to the engineering practice of belt conveyors has created good economic and safety benefits for coal mine enterprises.
