隧道断层破碎带坍塌机理及处理措施研究

摘    要:在断层破碎带结构下进行隧道施工,容易引发围岩滑动失稳甚至隧道坍塌等施工灾害。为探究断层破碎带开挖坍塌机理及对应解决措施,研究以X隧道为依托,使用PFC2D离散元软件对断层破碎带开挖过程进行数值模拟。节理面和隧道开挖面相较或距离较近时,对隧道开挖稳定性影响较大。断层破碎带容易沿节理面出现滑动破坏出现坍塌情况,并且该破坏存在时间效应。针对断层破碎带脆弱特点,研究提出增强拱顶稳定性的支护措施,厚喷混凝土、架立工字钢拱架、添加锚杆等。施加该支护措施之后,隧道围岩的裂隙产生和扩散过程得到了有效抑制,整体稳定性明显增强。研究探讨了断层破碎带坍塌机理及对应处理措施的思路具有普遍性,可为类似隧道施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Tunnel construction under the structure of fault fracture zone is easy to cause construction disasters such as sliding instability of surrounding rock and even tunnel collapse.In order to explore the excavation and collapse mechanism of the fault fracture zone and the corresponding solutions,the research was based on the X tunnel,and the PFC2D discrete element software was used to numerically simulate the excavation process of the fault fracture zone.When the joint surface and the tunnel excavation surface were relatively or close together,the stability of the tunnel excavation was greatly affected.
The fault fracture zone was prone to slip failure and collapse along the joint plane,and the failure had a time effect.Aiming at the fragility characteristics of the fault fracture zone,the research proposes support measures to enhance the stability of the vault,such as thick shotcrete,erecting I-beam arches,adding anchor rods,etc.After the support measures were applied,the generation and diffusion of cracks in the surrounding rock of the tunnel were effectively suppressed,and the overall stability was significantly enhanced.The idea of discussing the collapse mechanism of the fault fracture zone and the corresponding treatment measures in this study was universal,and could provide a certain reference for similar tunnel construction.
