多源数据分析的电力信息物理系统安全态势预测研究

摘    要:当前的研究方法存在预测准确率较低的问题,设计了基于多源数据分析的电力信息物理系统安全态势预测方法。采集电力信息物理系统安全态势预测的多源数据,并对安全态势数据进行预处理,然后通过bagging和支持向量机集成构建一种电力信息物理系统安全态势预测模型,最后采用某电力公司的电力信息物理系统安全态势数据作为实验数据集进行性能测试。结果表明,本文方法的电力信息物理系统得出的安全态势预测能够保护电力信息物理系统安全,具有十分广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:Current research methods have the problem of low prediction accuracy.A security situation prediction method of power information physical system based on multi-source data analysis was designed.Collect the multi-source data of power information physical system security situation prediction,preprocess the security situation data,and then build a power information physical system security situation prediction model through bagging and support vector machine integration.Finally,the power information physical system security situation data of a power company is used as the experimental data set for performance test.The results show that,the security situation prediction error of power information physical system based on this method can protect the security of power information physical system,and has a very wide application prospect.
