| 摘 要： | 单向扭转试验是MT/T 716—2019《煤矿重要用途钢丝绳验收技术条件》拆股钢丝试验中的必检项目，在拆股钢丝试验中判定合格与否的重要试验项目之一。在检测过程中发现，送样检测的样品实际扭转次数受到多种因素的影响。通过送样检测实例扭转次数，对检测中出现的问题以及不同扭力的比对试验进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The one-way torsion test is a mandatory inspection item in the split-strand wire test in MT/T 716—2019 "Technical conditions for acceptance of wire ropes for important uses in coal mines"，and one of the important test items to determine whether it is qualified or not in the split-strand wire test.During the testing process，it is found that the actual twisting times of the samples sent for testing are affected by many factors.Through the analysis of the twists times of the samples sent for testing，the problems in the testing test and the comparison test of different torsion forces are analyzed. |
