| 摘 要： | 安阳市既是一个典型的工业城市，又是一个资源型缺水城市，水环境压力较大。基于安阳市33个地表水断面监测数据及第二次全国污染源普查数据，对全市水环境承载力及工业废水排放特征与空间分布进行系统分析，以探究影响安阳市水环境承载力的主要污染因子及各辖区、各河流承载力状况。研究结果表明，2020年，龙安区、北关区、殷都区水环境承载力状态均处于临界超载状态；8条主要河流除安阳河属临界超载状态外，其余7条主要河流均属未超载状态；地表水污染仍属于典型的有机型污染，工业废水排放量主要集中在殷都区、龙安区、汤阴县和滑县，且污染物主要进入卫河。研究可为安阳市进一步加强区域水污染防治，建立水环境承载力预警长效机制提技术支撑。

| Abstract: | Anyang City is not only a typical industrial city but also a resource poor city.Based on the monitoring data of 33 surface water sections in Anyang City and the data from the second national pollution source survey，the characteristics，spatial distribution of water environmental carrying capacity and industrial wastewater discharge in Anyang City were systematically analyzed to explore the main pollution factors affecting water environmental carrying capacity of Anyang City，as well as the carrying capacity status of each district and river，to provide technical support for improving water environment quality of Anyang City.The results indicated that:the water environmental carrying capacity of Long′an District，Beiguan District and Yindu District is in critical overload state；except Anyang River which was in critical overloading state，the other seven rivers were not in overloading state，in 2020.Surface water pollution is still a typical type of organic pollution.Industrial wastewater discharges were mainly concentrated in Yindu District，Longan District，Tangyin County and Hua County，and the main pollutants were discharged into the Wei River.The results can provide technical support for Anyang City to further strengthen regional water pollution prevention and establish a long-term water environment carrying capacity early warning mechanism. |
