| 摘 要： | 针对中马村矿选煤厂煤泥产率增大、生产成本高、压滤设备老化、综合经济效益差等问题，引进了STC2000超高压压滤机用于煤泥压榨，介绍了超高压压滤机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及应用效果。现场应用表明，STC2000用于无烟煤煤泥压榨，压榨压力达10 MPa，煤泥水分可降至13%左右，脱水效果较好，煤泥发热量提高272 MJ/kg，使用环锤式破碎机能够将煤泥破碎至粉末状并与末煤掺配，作为商品煤销售，最终达到取消煤泥产品的目标。系统工艺相对简单、运行稳定、自动化程度高、运行成本低，综合经济效益和环保效益显著。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems of increased coal slime yield，high production cost，aging filter press equipment，and poor comprehensive economic benefits in Zhongmacun Coal Preparation Plant，the introduction of STC2000 ultra-high pressure filter press for slime pressing was introduced.The structure，working principle，technical characteristics and application effect of ultra-high pressure filter press.The field application showed that:when STC2000 is used for anthracite slime pressing，the pressing pressure is up to 10 MPa，the moisture content of the slime can be reduced to about 13%，the dehydration effect is good，and the calorific value of the slime is increased by 272 MJ/kg.The slime is crushed to powder and blended with the final coal，which is sold as commercial coal，completely eliminating slime products.The system has simple process，stable operation，high degree of automation，low operation cost，and remarkable comprehensive economic and environmental benefits. |
