地面井“三圈”耦合瓦斯抽采技术理论与应用

摘    要:针对地面井瓦斯抽采浓度低、产气量少、抽采周期短的问题,通过“三圈”对地面井瓦斯运移影响的机理进行分析,同时优化地面井布井位置,在首山一矿开展了采动区、采空区地面井瓦斯抽采试验。结果表明,采动裂隙圈影响地面井的单日产气量,采空区裂隙圈影响地面井的产气周期,覆岩垂直裂隙圈影响地面井的产气浓度,回采作业对于上覆邻近煤层具有一定的卸压效果。采动井布置在采动裂隙圈、采空区裂隙圈和覆岩垂直裂隙圈耦合区域内,抽采浓度高,单井产气量高且产气周期长,其中SSCD-06采动井布置于“三圈”耦合区域内,产气浓度持续100%,最高日抽采量可达4.1万m3,已持续产气260 d,累计产气260.7万m3。研究结果验证了地面井“三圈”耦合瓦斯抽采技术的优越性,对优化地面井瓦斯抽采布置方案具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the problems of low gas extraction concentration,low gas production and short gas extraction period,the paper analyzes the influence of gas migration on the surface wells through "Three Circles",and the location of the surface wells was optimized,and the surface gas extraction test in the mining area and goaf area was carried out in Shoushan No.1 Mine.The results show that the mining fracture zone affects the daily gas production of the surface wells,the goaf fracture zone affects the gas production cycle of the surface wells,the vertical rock fracture ring affects the gas production concentration of the surface wells,and the recovery operation has a certain pressure relief effect on the adjacent coal seam.The extraction well is arranged in the coupling area of mining fracture zone,goaf fracture zone and vertical fracture zone of covered rock,and the extraction concentration is high,high gas production and long gas production cycle.The SSCD-06 extraction well is arranged in the "Three Circles" coupling area,the gas production concentration is 100%,the maximum daily extraction volume can reach 41 000 m3,the gas production has lasted for 260 days,and the cumulative gas production is 2.607 million m3.The results verify the superiority of the "Three Circles" coupling gas extraction technology of surface wells,which has important guiding significance for optimizing the gas extraction layout scheme of surface wells.
