摘    要:为有效精准的对煤矿一线作业人员进行人因风险管控,以煤矿企业从业人员熟悉的Excel为数据平台,设计了煤矿一线作业人员风险管控系统。通过VBA数据编程语言实现对煤矿一线作业人员从人员招聘、教育培训、考核、岗前提示到人因风险管控报表可视化系统的研究。系统地规范和完善了煤矿现有一线作业人员风险管控工作,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In order to effectively and accurately control human-caused risks for front-line coal mine workers, this paper uses Excel software, which is familiar to coal mining enterprise employees, as a data platform to design a risk management and control system for front-line coal mine workers. Through the VBA data programming language, the research on the visualization system of front-line workers from personnel recruitment, education and training, assessment, pre-job prompting to human risk management and control reports is realized. This system systematically standardizes and improves the risk management and control of existing frontline workers in coal mines, and has a certain promotion value.
