宁陕某磁铁矿精矿制备高纯铁精矿试验研究

摘    要:陕西宁陕某磁铁矿精矿铁品位67.30%、Si O_26.00%,以其为研究对象进行了制备高纯铁精矿的试验研究。讨论了试验工艺流程、磨矿细度、磁场强度等因素对高纯铁精矿制备的影响,确定了制备高纯铁精矿的试验工艺流程和最佳工艺参数。通过阶段磨矿磁选的工艺流程,最终获得了产率为92.90%,TFe品位为71.32%,Fe回收率为97.00%,Si O_2含量为0.587%的高纯铁精矿。

Abstract:Shaanxi Ningshan magnetite iron concentrate grade of Fe 67.30%, SiO2 6.00%, experimental research of preparation of high purity iron concentrate were carried out with it as the research object. Experiments process, grinding fineness, strength of the magnetic field and other factors which impact on the preparation of high purity iron concentrate were discussed, the Experiments process and best process parameters of preparation of high purity iron concentrate were determined. Through the stage grinding and magnetic separation of minerals testing processes. Finally, a high purity iron concentrate with a yield of 92.90%, total Fe 71.32% , Fe recovery rate of 97.00%, SiO2 0.587% was obtained.
