摘    要:为了高效利用浙江遂昌萤石矿资源,该试验进行了矿石的主要化学成分及矿物组成、矿物浮选行为等研究。结果表明,试验所用的矿样属中低品位的单一硅酸盐(石英)型萤石矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次有长石、绢云母、方解石、高岭石等。以碳酸钠和水玻璃为调整剂、KY-108为捕收剂,采用粗精矿再磨再选闭路工艺流程能够得到高品位萤石精矿,CaF2品位为97.59%,SiO2和CaO含量小于1.5%,CaF2回收率高达97.03%。

Abstract:For high-efficiency utilization of fluorite ore in Kengkou Suichang,experimental research on main chemical components,mineral composition and mineral flotation of this ore was carried on.The results show that the ore samples belong to low-grade monosilicate fluorite and the main gangue mineral is quartz and then feldspar,sericite,calcite and kaolinite.When The closed-circuit technical flowsheet of coarse concentrate regrinding and recleaning was adoped by using sodium carbonate and water glass as regulator and KY-108 as collector,the high-grade fluorite concentrate could be obtained.The grade and recovery of CaF2 could reach 97.59% and 97.03% respectively and the content of SiO2 and CaO was less than 1.5%.
