| 摘 要： | 湿法提钒过程中，石煤钒矿中钒的价态影响钒的浸出率。为了解现有文献对石煤中五价钒描述不一致的原因，通过试验探讨了焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对石煤中五价钒含量的影响，发现含钒石煤有强还原性，能将五价钒转化为低价钒。试验表明，焙烧温度和焙烧时间对石煤中五价钒含量影响显著。

| Abstract: | In the process of vanadium extraction in solution from stone coal, vanadium valence influences the leaching rate of vanadium. On the analysis of inconsistent reasons on pentavalent vanadium in stone coal described in the existing literature,calcination temperature, calcination time and other factors affecting the determined value of pentavalent vanadium in stone coal were experimented.It was found that some stone coal containing vanadium with a strong reduction by pentavalent vanadium converted into low valent vanadium; Experiments show that calcination temperature and lasted time influenced the content of pentavalent vanadium in stone coal significantly. |
