甘肃某铜矿选矿新药剂应用研究

摘    要:甘肃某铜矿为单一含铜浸染状黄铁矿石,研究结果表明,部分呈单体解离状态的细粒级铜矿物和黄铜矿富连生体进入尾矿是导致铜矿物损失的主要原因。通过试验研究,在不改变现场生产流程的情况下,采用捕收能力较强的新型药剂D60为捕收剂,小型试验和矿浆样验证试验均取得了良好的技术指标,新药剂方案铜回收率较现场药剂方案铜回收率均提高1%以上,可有效提高铜回收率。

Abstract:a Copper Mine of Gansu is a single copper ore and a disseminated pyrite.The research results showed that some liberated chalcopyrite and rich aggregate into tailings,and this is the main causes of copper loss.Through the experiment research,The good technical index of small scale tests and pulp sample tests was obtained by a new reagent D60 as the collector,Without changing the situation of the production process,By this method,Copper concentrate recovery rate was improved above 1%, compared with the on-site production.
