马来西亚海砂配比对烧结矿性能的研究

摘    要:为了在烧结过程中大量应用马来西亚海砂,本文通过同化性能及钙系粘结相生成能力研究马来西亚海砂对烧结矿低温粉化性能影响。采用烧结杯试验和低温还原粉化试验获得烧结矿低温还原粉化率。结果得出:马来西亚海砂配加量大于10%后,烧结矿低温粉化性能变差。采用同化性能及钙系粘结相生成能力的方法与采用常规的烧结杯方法获得烧结矿低温还原粉化性能的结论相符。

Abstract:In order to use largely Malaysia Sea Sand in the process of sintering,the paper study the influence of Malaysia Sea Sand by adopting assimilation and generation of Calcium-based binder phase. RDI rate is obtained by sintering cup test and low temperature reduction degradation test. It is concluded that the amount of Malaysia sea sand is with the higher, RDI of sintering is worse and the method of assimilation and generation of Calcium-based binder phase is match with method of conventional sintering cup in the aspect of obtaining RDI.
