摘    要:本研究以云南个旧某矿段锡铜共生硫化矿选矿工艺设计为对象,该矿区的主金属锡和铜含量较高,且黄铜矿比锡石锡粒度粗,解离度好,相对好选,采用针对性更强的工艺更有利于生产。工艺流程设计主要探讨了锡铜兼顾、减少锡石过粉碎、锡粗精矿精选、综合利用的可行性工艺,以实现设计方案的最优化。该矿段锡矿石组成复杂,分选困难,根据矿石性质,采取联合工艺流程实现锡有较高回收率的同时充分回收其它有价值金属。针对矿石特性,设计采用"部分重-浮-重"流程,实践证明该工艺方案技术可行,经济有效,使矿砂、细泥回收工艺形成不同组合流程,泥砂分选,留有分期、分批投入的可能性,增大了选别工艺的灵活性。

Abstract:In this study, Yunnan Gejiu some mine section Tin and copper symbiotic sulfide ore process design as object, the mining area of the main metal tin and copper content is higher, and Chalcopyrite than tin particle size of coarse, degree of dissociation is good, relatively good, With regard to process more strongly in favor of production. Process design mainly discusses the tin copper balance, reduce the cassiterite over grinding, cleaning tin rough concentrate, the feasibility of the utilization of technology,to realize the optimization design. The mine complex composition of tin ore, separation difficulties, according to the ore properties, take the combined process to achieve a higher recovery rate of tin and full recovery of other valuable metals. According to the ore characteristics, design uses "part of the heavy - float -heavy"process, the practice proves that the process technology is feasible, effective and economical, Different combinations of recovery process form the placer and clay ore ,Sand and clay were dressing,a possibility of staging, batch input, increase the classification process flexibility.
