硅孔雀石活化浮选研究进展

摘    要:活化剂对硅孔雀石的浮选效果具有重要的影响。因而,开发及利用新型表面活化剂浮选硅孔雀石受到广泛地关注。铵(胺)盐的组合使用不仅可以有效地提高选别指标又可降低选矿成本。本文介绍了硅孔雀石的矿石性质及常见的活化浮选法,重点介绍了铵-胺盐的硅孔雀石活化浮选方法及作用机理。提出了进一步深入探索其活化机理、完善组合药剂制度的研究方向和绿色高效组合新型活化剂的发展趋势。

Abstract:Activators have a significant impact on the flotation effect of chrysocolla. Therefore,development and utilization of new activator in flotation chrysocolla has been paid close extensive attention. Ammonium(amine) salt can not only improve the selected index,but also can reduce the cost of mineral processing. In this article,the main property of chrysocolla and common activation flotation process are introduced. This paper focuses on the study of the combination of"amine-ammoniumsalts".The?mechanisms?of?activators?in?flotation?of?chrysocolla?ores?were?briefly?described. Research?direction?of improvement of the system of combination drug,in-depth study on the applicability of the ore were?put forward.Green and efficient combined activator would also be the hot of research.
