云南某铅锌矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南某铅锌矿含铅为2.66%,含锌为1.76%,并伴生7.39g/t银,采用优先浮选试验流程进行选矿试验研究,闭路试验获得含铅66.23%,铅回收率为89.60%,含银122g/t,银回收率为58.81%的铅精矿;含锌49.38%,锌回收率为89.88%的锌精矿,取得了较好的选别指标,为该矿铅锌资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。

Abstract:It is a lead-zinc ore in Yuannan which containing 2.66% lead, 1.76% zinc and associating 7.39g/t silver. Selective flotation process was adopted to research on mineral processing of this lead-zinc ore, and the lead concentrate containing 66.23% lead, 122g/t silver and the zinc concentrate containing 49.38% zinc were obtained by the closed-circuit, at recoveries of 89.60% lead, 58.81% siliver and 89.88% zinc. A good classification index was achieved, which provides a technical base for the development and utilization of the lead-zinc resources.
