云南某金矿可选性试验研究

摘    要:云南某金矿矿石金主要以微细粒显微金和次显微金的形式富集在黄铁矿和毒砂等矿物中。原矿石中矿泥含量较多,而且含有部分粘土矿物,在磨矿过程中会产生大量的次生矿泥,对金回收产生不利影响。针对云南某金矿含泥量较高的特性,开展了可选性试验研究。试验选用水玻璃做矿泥的抑制剂,采用常规工艺流程,获得了金精矿金品位63.8g/t、金回收率92.8%的较好指标。

Abstract:The gold in a Yunnan gold ore is mainly enriched in pyrite,arsenopyrite and other minerals in the form of fine-grained microscopic gold and submicro gold.The content of the original ore slime is relatively much.Aimed at this property,experimental research on beneficiablity was carried on.When the water glass was adopted as inhibitor of ore slime,the gold concentrate with the grade of 63.8g/t and the recovery of 92.8%was obtained using the usual technological flowsheet.The index is satisfactory.
