某选厂浮选柱在选硫系统粗选上的工业试验研究

摘    要:某选厂硫浮选系统入选原矿含泥量大,且粒度不均匀,从而导致硫精矿质量及回收率一直难以达到设计指标。针对该选厂铁矿选硫系统存在的问题,对选硫系统进行流程考查后,利用原有的精选作业浮选柱,进行浮选柱在粗选上的工业试验研究,获得的硫精矿产率为20.77%,品位为14.13%,回收率为48.27%,高于同期生产的浮选机指标。

Abstract:The running of mine ore in the system of sulfur flotation contained large silt, and the particle size was not uniform, resulting in the quality and recovery of Sulphur concentrate had been difficult to achieve the target designing in some mineral processing plant. For the problems existing in the system of Sulfur ore in this mineral processing plant, the sulfur system processing after examination, using the original selecting operation of flotation column, had been researched on roughing flotation column industrially, then to obtain that the Sulphur concentrate rate was 20.77%, the grade was 14.13%, the recovery rate was 48.27%, which were higher than the indicators of flotation machine in the same period production.
