摘    要:赤泥烧结砖因赤泥使用量大、制砖成本低而成为研究的热点。利用联合法赤泥、页岩为主要原料制备烧结砖,研究了页岩掺入量对赤泥烧结砖性能和物相组成的影响。结果表明:页岩掺入量在18%~24%时效果较好,抗压强度在14Mpa以上,吸水率在20%以下,无石灰爆裂,中等程度泛霜,主要有石英、钙铝黄长石、硅灰石等晶相,还有一些玻璃相。

Abstract:The research on sintered red mud brick had been the hot spot because of the large amount of red mud and the lower treatment cost. The sintered brick was prepared with combining red mud and sale as the main raw material. The effect of shale content on the properties and phase of sintered red mud brick were studied in this paper. The results showed that when shale contents among 18% ~ 24% was better. The compressive strength was above 14Mpa, and water absorption was below 20%.There was no lime burst, but medium degree of efflorescence. There were main phases, such as quartz, gehlenite, wollastonite, as well as some glass phase in these bricks.
