钢渣蒸汽加压稳定化预处理技术的研究

摘    要:钢渣的安定性不良,成为其资源化开发利用的难点,若不进行有效处理,钢渣难以像矿渣、粉煤灰一样大容量价值利用。利用蒸汽加压设备对钢渣进行处理,压强为0.8-1.3MPa,时间为6-10h。结果表明:钢渣中游离氧化钙和游离氧化镁的含量明显降低,大颗粒的钢渣发生体积膨胀而破碎。通过压蒸釜对钢渣混凝土砌块进行安定性检验,证明经过稳定化处理后的钢渣安定性得到了提高。

Abstract:Abstract: The difficulty in the exploitation and utilization of the steel slag resource is caused by its poor stability. A large quantity of recycling for steel slag can not be carried out similar to mine refuse and fly ash.The steel slag was processed by autoclave equipment under 0.8-1.3 MPa pressure for 6-10 hours.The results show that there is an evident reduction of free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide in the steel slag,and the big particle steel slags were broken because of volume expansion. The stability test of steel slag concrete blocks was conducted by autoclave. It was proved that the stability of steel slag processed by stabilizing treatment has been improved.
