高硫碳酸锰矿浸出及硫化氢产生量研究

摘    要:本试验考察了用硫酸浸出高硫碳酸锰矿时,硫酸浓度、矿浆浓度、浸出时间、搅拌速率及矿酸比对锰浸出率及硫化氢产生量的影响。硫酸浸出碳酸锰矿的优化条件为:硫酸浓度0.2 mol/L、矿浆浓度40 g/L、浸出时间1 h、搅拌速率300 r/min。本试验所用高硫碳酸锰矿在湿法浸出过程中硫化氢的最大产生量为23.10mg硫化氢/g碳酸锰矿,在矿酸比(即浸出过程中矿浆质量浓度和硫酸质量浓度的比值)为2的条件下,硫化氢产生量为12.58 mg硫化氢/g碳酸锰矿,比硫化氢的最大产生量减少了45.54%。本试验对高硫碳酸锰矿浸出及硫化氢产生量进行了研究,为实际工业应用提供了一定的理论依据和参考。

Abstract:The effect of sulfuric acid concentration, pulp density, leaching time, stirring speed and mine/sulfuric acid ratio on sulfuric acid leaching of high sulfur manganese carbonate ore was studied by single factor test. The results showed that the optimum leaching conditions were sulfuric acid concentration 0.2 mol/L, pulp density 40g/L, leaching time 1 h and stirring speed 300 r/min. The maximum production of H2S during the leaching process was 23.10 mg H2S/g ore, while on the condition of 2 mine/sulfuric acid ratio, the production of H2S was 12.58 mg H2S/g ore, which was 45.54% less than the maximum production of H2S. The study in this paper can provide a theoretical basis and reference on the future practical application.
