摘    要:炮眼利用率是反映爆破效率的重要指标,也是制约采场单产能力提升的主要因素之一。炮眼不堵塞, 爆破工作面将存在不同程度的冲孔现象,造成爆能的浪费,因此,对炮眼进行合理填塞,在很大程度上增加了孔内高温高压的持续时间,使爆能得到充分利用,提高爆破效率,而且有效地控制爆破震动、冲击波和飞散物等危害,防止破坏工作面支柱、安全棚以及其它设施。因此,对炮眼进行合理的填塞,对提高爆破效率和质量有着至关重要的作用。

Abstract:The blasthole utilization rate is an important indicator reflecting the efficiency of blasting, and it is also one of the main factors restricting the increase of the stope''s unit production capacity. The unblocked blasthole and the different degrees of punching on the blasting face are resulting in a waste of blasting energy. Therefore, reasonable filling of the blasthole will increase the duration of the high temperature and high pressure greatly in the hole, so that the blasting energy can be fully utilized, Improve the efficiency of blasting,and effectively control the hazards of blasting vibration, shock waves and flying objects, and prevent damage to the pillars of the working face, safety sheds and other facilities. Therefore, reasonable packing of the blasthole plays a vital role in improving the efficiency and quality of blasting.
