摘    要:利用底吹熔炼炉对原料适应性强的特点,对底吹熔炼技术处理含铜多基固废及高含镍铂钯物料的工艺控制过程进行研究,摸索最佳工艺控制参数,并探索Au、Ag、Pt、Pd等贵金属元素及伴生杂质元素在铜锍中的富集情况,形成了底吹炉系统处理含铜多基固废和高含镍铂钯物料高效回收贵金属的技术,为提高铜冶炼系统处理杂料量和盈利能力提供技术保障。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of strong adaptability to raw materials of bottom-blown melting furnace, the process control of bottom blow smelting technology for treating copper-containing multi-base solid waste and platinum palladium materials containing high nickel component was studied. The optimum process control parameters were explored. The enrichment of precious metal elements of Au, Ag, Pt, Pd and associated impurity elements in copper matte was investigated. The technology of efficient recovery of precious metals from copper-containing multi-base solid waste and platinum palladium materials containing high nickel component in bottom blown furnace system was developed. It can provide technical support for improving the smelting capacity with miscellaneous materials and profitability of the copper smelting system.
