黄河流域沉沙池泥沙制备陶粒及其性能研究

摘    要:以黄河流域某沉沙池泥沙为主要原料,煤粉为造孔剂,通过造粒煅烧工艺制备多孔陶粒,系统研究了煤粉用量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间、升温速率和预热条件等主要因素对陶粒性能的影响规律,并对陶粒样品的物相和微观形貌进行了分析。结果表明:在泥沙与煤粉质量比为9∶1、煅烧温度为1 125 ℃、煅烧时间为30 min、升温速率为20 ℃/min、预热温度为450 ℃、预热时间为40 min条件下,可制备出性能指标符合国标要求的泥沙陶粒样品(堆积密度为879 kg/m3,吸水率为5.9%,筒压强度为9.1 MPa);所制备的陶粒表面多孔,且高温固相反应使泥沙中云母、方解石等矿相转变成石英、长石并生成玻璃相,使陶粒内部孔隙周围结构致密。

Abstract:Porous ceramsite was prepared by granulation and calcination process with the sediment of a desilting basin in the Yellow River Basin as the main raw material and pulverized coal as pore forming agent.The influence rule of the amount of coal powder,calcination temperature,calcination time,heating rate and preheating condition on the performance of the ceramsite samples was systematically studied.The crystal phase and microscopic morphology of the obtained ceramsite samples were also analyzed.The results showed that under the conditions:the mass ratio of sediment to pulverized coal of 9∶1,the calcination temperature of 1 125 ℃,the calcination time of 30 min,the heating rate of 20 ℃/min,the preheating temperature of 450 ℃ and the preheating time of 40 min,the sediment ceramsite samples with performance indexes meeting the requirements of the national standard could be prepared(bulk density of 879 kg/m3,water absorption of 5.9%,barrel pressure strength of 9.1 MPa).The surface of the prepared ceramsite was porous,and the high?temperature solid?state reaction transformed the mica,calcite and other mineral phases in the sediment into quartz,feldspar and glass phase,so that the structure around the pores in the ceramsite was compact.
