摘    要:试验以内蒙古鄂尔多斯煤矸石为原料,采用水热法合成A型沸石吸附剂.以氨氮去除率为指标,通过正交试验考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、晶化温度、晶化时间对合成A型沸石的影响并确定了最佳合成条件.结果表明:对A型沸石氨氮去除率的影响顺序为晶化温度>晶化时间>焙烧时间>焙烧温度,最佳合成条件为焙烧温度750℃,焙烧时间2.5 h,晶化温度95 ℃,晶化时间8 h.样品经XRD、SEM、BET表征,得到了形态较佳且结晶度较好的A型沸石,且该产品为良好的吸附剂.

Abstract:The zeolite-based adsorbents were synthesized from coal gangue in Erdos by hydrothermal synthesis.The ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency was regarded as an indicator, the effect of calcinations temperature, calcinations time, crystallization temperature, and crystallization time on the zeolite A was studied by orthogonal test method and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined. The results show that crystallization temperature is the maximal influence factor on the ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency of zeolite A,followed by the crystallization time and calcinations time,the minimum is calcinations temperature,and the optimum synthesis conditions are as follows,calcinations temperature is 750 ℃,calcinations time is 2.5 h,crystallization temperature is 95 ℃,and crystallization time is 8 h. The XRD,SEM and BET show that the zeolite A with better morphology, higher crystallinity, and it is still a good adsorbent.
