摘    要:为了对比两种不同内养护材料高吸水树脂(SAP)和陶粒对混凝土性能的影响,研究了SAP对水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗裂性能和干缩性能的影响。同时研究对比了SAP和陶粒对大坝面板混凝土早期开裂性能、力学性能、变形性能的和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:在保持同样拌和性能的条件下,掺加SAP和陶粒后,可引起单位用水量的不同程度的增加;掺加陶粒和SAP后,将会引起混凝土抗压强度和极限拉伸值不同程度的降低;掺加陶粒和SAP的混凝土早期干缩略小于基准样,随着水化的进行干缩大于基准样; SAP可以显著的延长水泥净浆圆环开裂时间,但是SAP和陶粒对混凝土平板抗裂性能改善作用不明显。掺加SAP和陶粒对混凝土抗渗性能影响较小,掺SAP的混凝土抗冻性能明显差于基准混凝土的。

Abstract:The effect of SAP on mortar paste compressive strength,early-age crack resistance and dry shrinkage were discussed.And the effect of SAP and ceramsite on concrete workability,early-age crack resistance,comprehensive strength,volume stability and durability were studied.The results show that adding with SAP or ceramsite would induce the concrete unit water consumption increasing at some degrees,meanwhile,it would induce the compressive strength and ultimate tensile strain reducing at some degrees.The values of dry shrinkage concrete of adding with SAP or ceramsite are less than the benchmark specimen at the early hydration,however the values are beyond the benchmark specimen at the later hydration.SAP could significantly prolong the cracking time of cement paste circular ring,but the effect of SAP and ceramsite improving crack resistance of concrete plate are not obvious.The effect of SAP and ceramsite on concrete impervious performance are very slight.The frost-resistant performance of concrete with is significantly worse than the reference concrete.
