烷基双胺和烷基单胺微波插层四钛酸材料的结构性能研究

摘    要:将K2CO3和TiO2高温固相法合成K2Ti4O9,酸化后得到H2 Ti4 O9,在微波辅助作用下进行烷基双胺H2N(CH2)nNH2(n=4,8,12)和烷基单胺n-CnH2n+1NH2(n=4,8,12)的插层反应,制得了烷基双胺和单胺柱撑的层状复合材料,采用IR、SEM、XRD和元素分析仪对材料进行了表征,并比较...

Abstract:The solid phase reaction between K2CO3 and TiO2 was used to prepare the precursor K2Ti4O9.H2Ti4O9 was obtained by ion-exchange of potassium ions with an acidic solution.The intercalation compounds was obtained by the intercalati on of H2N(CH2)nNH2(n=4,8,12)and n-CnH2nNH2(n=4,8,12)under microwave irradiation.The structure of the resultingmaterials was confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),SEM and IR spectroscopy.The results indicate that the interlayer alkylchains are arranged in onelayer for the n-alkyldiamin...
