摘    要:先进的润滑材料技术是延长工业装备寿命、减少能耗极为重要的一个因素。润滑脂作为一种高效、长寿命润滑材料被越来越多应用到工业装备上,已经得到广泛重视。本文简述了功能性半固态润滑材料——润滑脂国内外研究的进展,包括产品性能、结构-性能、生产过程优化、合成理论、工艺设备等方面研究的发展和现状,对润滑脂的发展做出了展望。

Abstract:Advanced lubrication material is an important factor in the extend service life of industrial equipment and reduce energy consumption. As efficient lubricating material, lubricating grease has been paid more and more attention by academy and industry. This paper briefly review both domestic and international research progress of the functional semi-solid lubricants-lubricating grease, including research development and current situation of the product performance, structure-performance, production process optimization, synthesis theory and processing equipment research, prospect for the development of grease.
