| Abstract: | It proposes in this paper that the backup protection for transformer in large capacity should be pay attention to in this paper based on its correct arrangement, reasonable operation mode, accurate setting value calculation and skillful setting way to ensure the protection to operate correctly. This can make the equipment run safely and the system operate reliably and stably. Meanwhile, a new type of microprocessor based transformer protection is proposed as well. |
