高压直流输电线路高阻接地故障与后备保护

摘    要:根据直流输电系统控制策略,分析在高阻接地故障情况下,如何切换控制方式来减缓故障的发展,保证直流输电系统的稳定运行,并指出故障阶段整流侧和逆变侧的直流电压、电流和触发角等特征量的变化特征,阐明设置相关后备保护时需注意的问题。介绍天广直流输电工程所设置的相关保护功能,结合运行中的实际案例对天广直流线路后备保护设计的不合理之处进行分析,并给出改进建议。

Abstract:According to HVDC control strategy and under high-impedance ground faults,the paper analyzes how to switch the control mode to slow down fault development and ensure the stable operation of the HVDC system.It also points out characteristic varieties of the DC voltage,current and firing angle in both rectifier side and inverter side during the fault,illustrates some precautions in setting backup protection,introduces the relevant protection functions in Tian-Guang HVDC transmission project,and analyzes problems of the backup protection in combination with an actual case in the project.Several improvement suggestions are proposed.
