| 摘 要： | 甘肃省酒泉风电项目将成为世界上最大的风电基地，但同时它也面临着巨大的挑战。酒泉风电基地本身主要面临的是输送能力、调频调峰、电力电量消纳和系统稳定等4大问题。这些问题不单纯是风电本身的发展，而是与电网建设、其他火电、水电电源建设有着密切的联系。文章针对上述问题提出了应对措施。

| Abstract: | Jiuquan 10 GW wind power project will be the biggest wind power base in the world,while it also faces to enormous challenges.The base has mainly 4 problems,including transmission capability,frequency and peak load regulating, electricity consumption and system stability,which are not only wind power development itself,but also have close relations with power grid construction,other power resources construction,like thermal and hydraulic power.The paper puts forward countermeasures to them. |
