| Abstract: | To realize the investment control for power engineering projects it is necessary to carry out the following works well: standardize and perfect the responsibility system of a project legal person; economic high-efficient engineering design of a project; effective feasible project bidding and tendering system; close reliable project contract management; strict execution of equipment supervised manufacture and acceptance measures for a project; engineering project supervision with full responsibilities and maximum project output for owner to be satisfied. |
